I am honored to have my work included in ENID 2026: Generations of Women Sculptors at KMAC Contemporary Art Museum in Louisville, Kentucky. Photos above by Diane Deacon Scott
Founded in 1998, the ENID collective brings together women sculptors to exhibit in celebration of Louisville native Enid Yandell, an acclaimed sculptor and early advocate for women. Yandell achieved international recognition at the turn of the twentieth century, creating public works, contributing sculptures to the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair, and maintaining a studio in Paris.
Featuring more than twenty artists from diverse backgrounds and at different stages of their careers, ENID 2026celebrates the expansive range of creative practices explored by women artists with connections to Louisville. The exhibition includes sculpture, assemblage, installation, collage, and video, with materials ranging from bronze, ceramic, glass, wood, metal, and carved stone to unconventional and found materials.
The exhibition also honors the legacies of the late artists Sarah Frederick, Ewing Fahey, and Sr. Jeanne Dueber.
Participating artists:
Leticia Bajuyo, Jessica Beels, Gayle Cerlan, Caren Cunningham, Sr. Jeanne Dueber, Linda Erzinger, Ewing Fahey, Lalana Fedorschak, Sarah Frederick, Valerie Sullivan Fuchs, Mary Dennis Kannapell, Rachel Kavathe, Paula Keppie, Ann Klem, Frances Kratzok, Bette Levy, Shawn Marshall, Jacque Parsley, Licia Priest, Emily Schuhmann, Karen Terhune, and Melinda Walters.
