Visualizing Social Distance Connections while Social Distancing

I am honored to be one of the seven Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi faculty awarded research grants for Just-In-Time Funding to complete, frame, and build crates for a new series of eight-foot long drawings. Inspired by the impacts of the COVID-19 virus, the artworks – part of a project titled Visualizing Social Distance Connections while Social Distancing, capture and express the complications of the current pandemic, and are a conceptual response to social distancing.
